Prepping for your Notarization:
The document signer must be in presence before any notary act can be performed and each have a valid unexpired government ID, such as State Driver’s License, State ID, US Passports, Armed Forces ID card or tribal.
Credible Witness must have a valid unexpired government ID, As mentioned in #1. The credible witness is placed under oath to swear/affirm the signer’s identity. This person must personally known to the signer; In addition, the credible Witness can not be connected to notarization process.
All Documents must be filled, no blanks, only leave the signer’s signature line blank, and notarial certificate blank.
